EMail Parrot receives and verifies sender is a member
Security scanning - viruses, spoofing, malicious content removed
Anonymization - sender’s real email replaced with pseudonym
Distribution - email delivered to members
Recipients see pseudonym, not real email address

For VPE (open groups): External recipients see your list/brand name instead of personal emails. Replies route back through EMail Parrot to the appropriate list/team.

Common Questions

Q: Who can see my email address?
Only list administrators see real addresses. Members only see pseudonyms.

Q: Can people outside the list email me?
Closed groups: No. Open groups (VPE): External addresses can email the list, and members can email externals via special addressing.

Q: What happens when someone leaves?
Remove them in the admin dashboard (30 seconds). They lose all access immediately and can’t take the contact list.

Q: Do I need to install anything?
No. EMail Parrot works with your existing email client (Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, etc.). No apps required.

Q: Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Custom domain support is $5/mo and includes unlimited lists. Requires DNS configuration with support team assistance.

Q: Is EMail Parrot for cold email marketing?
No. EMail Parrot is for communication with willing parties who expect your emails. High spam complaint rates result in list cancellation without refund.
