What Happens if You Go Over?
Most teams stay under 5,000 emails and 5GB—e.g., 100 members sending ~50 small emails/mo.
If you exceed:

- Big Push: 100 members, 100 800KB emails/mo each (~10,000 emails, ~8GB) = $10/mo
- Data Movers: 20 members, 100 5MB emails/mo each (~2,000 emails, ~10GB) = $10/mo
Note: Default configuration limits emails to 1MB so the "Data Movers" scenario cannot happen without increasing allowed email sizes.
Secure Payments
Payment processing performed through stripe.com. Stripe is an audited and certified as a PCI compliance Level 1 payment service provider and accepts credit cards, Google Pay, and Apple Pay along with many other payment sources.
Email distribution list base charges are billed in advance at the beginning of each month. Overage charges only apply if you exceed the stated limits within a month and will be billed added to the next month's invoice.
