Simple Pricing — Starting at $5/Month
$5/month per distribution list
- Up to 5,000 emails distributed monthly
- 5GB of data (emails + attachments) per month
- First month free on your initial list
- Unlimited lists under custom subdomain for +$5/month (shared limits apply across all lists; e.g., 3 lists = $10/mo total: $5 base + $5 subdomain)
Custom Domain Upgrade: For $5/month extra, host unlimited lists on your subdomain (e.g., groups.yourdomain.com). No per-list fees for additional lists—perfect for teams. Shared 5K emails/5GB limits apply across all lists; overages billed on combined usage. Easy DNS setup with our support.

What Happens if You Go Over?
Most teams stay under 5K emails and 5GB—e.g., 100 members sending ~50 small emails/mo.
If you exceed (per list or subdomain total for customs), buy flexible overage blocks as needed—no auto-charges or commitments.

- Busy Crew: 50 members, 50 800KB emails/mo each (~2,500 emails, ~2GB) = $5/mo
- Big Push: 100 members, 100 800KB emails/mo each (~10,000 emails, ~8GB) = $10/mo (base + $5 overage block)
- Data Movers: 20 members, 100 5MB emails/mo each (~2,000 emails, ~10GB) = $10/mo (base + $5 overage block + $5GB data)
- Multi-List Team (Custom Domain): 3 lists, 100 members total, ~6,000 emails/~4GB combined = $10/mo ($5 first list + $5 subdomain)
Note: Default config limits emails to 1MB—bump it for larger files (up to 10MB). Custom domains pool usage for efficiency.
Secure Payments
Payments processed via Stripe—audited and PCI Level 1 compliant. Accepts credit cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and more. We don’t store card details.
- Base list/subdomain charges: Billed in advance at month-start.
- Overages: Added to next invoice if exceeded.
