Welcome to EMail Parrot™! EMail Parrot™ is an email relay service (not a full email provider) designed for secure, privacy-focused distribution lists. Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using our services. By accessing or using EMail Parrot™, you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy (incorporated herein), and all applicable laws.
If you do not agree, do not use the service. These Terms apply to all users, including admins managing lists.
Definitions
- EMail Parrot™, we, our, or us: Refers to EMail Parrot™ and its parent company, Weiner Advanced Development LLC, a US-based entity.
- Service: The email relay functionality allowing admins to create and manage distribution lists for sending/receiving emails.
- Admin: The account holder responsible for entering and managing member email addresses.
- Member: Email addresses added to a distribution list by an Admin.
- PII: Personally Identifiable Information, such as email addresses.
- E2EE: End-to-End Encryption, where only sender and recipient can access content.
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, “EMail Parrot™,” “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to both EMail Parrot™ service and its parent company, Weiner Advanced Development LLC. By accessing or using EMail Parrot™’s services, you agree that all rights and obligations outlined here apply equally to Weiner Advanced Development LLC.
Services Description
EMail Parrot™ provides a secure email relay service for creating and managing distribution lists. We do not store emails long-term (default: 30 days, configurable to immediate deletion) and act solely as a conduit—we do not access, analyze, or own email content. Users must comply with all laws, including CAN-SPAM. We strive for reliability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime or error-free delivery.
EMail Parrot™ is hosted on AWS for physical security but, as a US service, is subject to US laws (see Governing Law).
EMail Parrot™ provides users with the ability to send, receive and manage email distribution lists. Users are expected to use services responsibly and refrain from misuse or unauthorized activities. We strive to provide a reliable and secure service, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or the absence of errors.
EMail Parrot™ is a service for email communication between willing parties. It is not for mass marketing, cold emailing, bulk or mass emailing service. Users of EMail Parrot™ are strictly prohibited from sending unsolicited bulk email or ‘cold’ outreach email. You must have permission from every email list member (recipient) before adding them to your email distribution. We monitor real-time spam complaint rates; accounts that generate complaints or fail to respond to one-click unsubscribe emails will be permanently terminated without refund to protect our infrastructure and reputation.
Payment Terms
EMail Parrot™ accepts credit cards as payment. By using this service you agree that EMail Parrot™ can charge your credit card on a recurring basis for these services. Billing occurs monthly at which point base service fees are collected for the following month and any overage fees are collected for the previous month.
Services can be canceled at any time through the administrator page or by contacting EMail Parrot™ administrators at admin@emparrot.com. Refunds of current month prepayment are not made and payment of any overage fees incurred for the current month activities will be collected at the next payment cycle.
Payments are processed via Stripe; we do not store card details or access payment data. See Stripe’s Privacy Policy for details.
Free Trial
Free trials (30 days, 5,000 emails, 5GB) are for legitimate use only. Exceeding limits or using for suspected spam/illegal purposes triggers immediate suspension. First month free offers are only valid for a user’s first distribution list. Subsequent distribution lists created will be charged for the initial month of service.
Payment information (Stripe accepts credit cards, Google Pay, & Apple Pay—no PayPal) is required to continue service beyond the free trial period or if per-month limits are exceeded or for more than one email distribution list. Failure to add payment information when required will result in suspension of service.
User Responsibilities and Acceptable Use
You agree to:
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes, complying with all laws (e.g., no spam, malware, phishing, or unauthorized sharing).
- Ensure all Members have consented to receive emails and that lists contain valid addresses. Promptly resolve bounces or complaints.
- Be solely responsible for all content transmitted—EMail Parrot™ is a neutral relay and disclaims liability for it.
- Not misuse trials (e.g., no bulk spam testing).
We may monitor for abuse during trials and reserve the right to suspend/terminate accounts without refund for violations.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for abusive, spammy or illegal activity (e.g., unsolicited bulk email, phishing) with no refund. Usage may be monitored during trials to ensure compliance—overages or abuse prompts payment info requests or suspension.
You agree to use our email services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. You will not use our services to send spam, distribute malware, engage in phishing activities or violate the privacy or intellectual property rights of others. You are solely responsible for the content you and your email distribution list members transmit through our platform and for ensuring that it complies with all relevant laws and regulations. EMail Parrot™ is a relay for your emails and their content is your responsibility. You are solely responsible for ensuring that all members of your email distribution list or addressed in any other way though the system have agreed to be members and to receive emails from this system. You are solely responsible for ensuring that all email addresses in your email distribution list are valid and that recipients are not marking received emails as SPAM or bouncing emails for any reason. Email delivery bounces or complaints must be resolved promptly and failure to can lead to termination of service.
Intellectual Property
All content on EMail Parrot™, including text, graphics, code, and trademarks is protected by copyright. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any content without explicit permission.
Service marks are protected under applicable laws.
Privacy and Data Protection
EMail Parrot™ is committed to privacy as a core principle. As a US-based email relay, we minimize data collection and prioritize security. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
Data Collection and Usage
We collect only what’s essential:
- Admin-entered Member email addresses (no other personal info).
- Temporary email content/metadata for relay (no long-term storage as we are not an email provider).
- Payment info via Stripe (we do not handle or store it).
- System logs for diagnostics (deleted after 30 days).
Data is used solely for Service operation, support, and legal compliance—no marketing, profiling, or personalization.
Data Sharing
We do not share, sell, or disclose your data (including Member emails or content) to third parties, except:
- As required by valid US legal process (e.g., court order or subpoena—we respond only to official requests and publish an annual transparency report on our website).
- To service providers like AWS (under strict agreements) or Stripe (for payments only).
Data Retention and Deletion
- Processed emails: Default 30 days (configurable to immediate deletion by Admin).
- Member lists: Deleted immediately upon list termination (residual logs age out after 30 days).
- No indefinite storage—data is securely purged when no longer needed.
Encryption and Security
- In-transit: All data encrypted via TLS.
- At-rest: PII encrypted on AWS servers.
- Content: Supports symmetric E2EE (end-to-end via shared keys—EMail Parrot™ cannot access content but relies on trusted senders; no built-in content screening to preserve privacy). Upcoming: Hybrid model (E2EE body + gateway re-encryption for optional screening).
- We use industry standards (e.g., 2FA for admin accounts) but recommend user-side protections. As a startup, we have not yet obtained certifications like SOC 2 but leverage AWS compliance.
No tracking pixels, cookies, or analytics on our site/Service.
We value your privacy and will handle your information and the information of your email list members with strict confidentiality. We will not sell or transmit your information to any third parties unless obligated to by law. All Personally Identifiable Information (PII) is encrypted on our servers and in transmission. We do not add any tracking content to emails nor use any cookies in our website.
By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as necessary to perform the operation of this service. You also consent to the storage of all emails sent through the system for 30 days by default (immediate deletion of email option is available) or longer if legally required. System logs are retained for 30 days for diagnostic purposes. You agree that emails older than 30 days from transmission date may be unilaterally deleted from our systems.
Your Rights
You have rights under applicable laws (e.g., CCPA, GDPR):
- Access/Export: Request your data (e.g., Member lists) via admin@emparrot.com.
- Deletion: Immediate for lists; contact us for others.
- Correction/Objection: Update inaccurate info or opt out of processing.
- Portability: Export data in standard format.
We respond within 45 days (or 90 for complex requests). No fee unless excessive. Verification required.
Under applicable data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction or deletion of your data
- Object to or restrict our processing of your data

Limitation of Liability and Indemnity
Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “AS IS” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EMail Parrot™’s total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the prior 12 months. We disclaim liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., data loss, delivery failures) arising from use.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EMail Parrot™, its affiliates, and officers from claims arising from your (or Members’) use, content, or violations of these Terms.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EMail Parrot™ and its affiliates against liabilities arising from your use of the site. We will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the use or inability to use our email services. We do not warrant the accuracy, reliability or completeness of any content transmitted through our platform and we disclaim all liability for any reliance placed on such content.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Colorado law (excluding conflicts). Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Colorado state/federal courts. As a US service, we comply with US laws but limit disclosures to valid legal processes only (see Privacy Policy for transparency commitments).
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any dispute arising from or related to the use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Colorado.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms with 30 days’ notice via email or site posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
EMail Parrot™ reserves the right to modify these Terms. Notice will be provided prior to any changes taking effect.
